Refund Policy

1. Limited withdrawal for digital content

The full relationship report is digital content generated and delivered the moment you pay. Once delivery begins, refunds are limited — you agree to this via a separate checkbox before payment.

2. Automatic refund on failure

If you paid but the reading fails to generate due to a system error, the full amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method — no request needed.
